All the ingredients I use are natural, real foods. I do not use GMO sugar or ingredients you can’t pronouce.
Along with traditional sugar cookies with royal icing, cupcakes and cakes; I offer gluten-free versions as well. I take great care to avoid cross contamination. I never bake or prepare traditional and gluten-free treats on the same day and use separate baking and prep tools for each.
My gluten-free flour contains brown rice flour, tapioca flour, arrowroot starch, sorghum flour and xanthan gum. I also make paleo, or grain-free, cupcakes and cakes which are made with almond and coconut flours.
