Ingredients
- 12 ounces good quality chocolate
- 12 ounces heavy cream
Instructions
- Add chocolate to a heat proof bowl.
- Heat cream on stove top, do not boil.
- Add hot cream to chocolate.
- Let sit 2 minutes to melt chocolate.
- Whisk by hand until fully incorporated.
- Refrigerate until cool.
- Whip until fluffy.
