This recipe doesn't get any easier! Enjoy on cupcakes, cakes, steamed milk or any treat.


  • 12 ounces good quality chocolate
  • 12 ounces heavy cream


  1. Add chocolate to a heat proof bowl.
  2. Heat cream on stove top, do not boil.
  3. Add hot cream to chocolate.
  4. Let sit 2 minutes to melt chocolate.
  5. Whisk by hand until fully incorporated.
  6. Refrigerate until cool.
  7. Whip until fluffy.
